Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MJAA, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure you shop with confidence.

One Free Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for another model after receiving it, you may contact customer service to request one free exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Submit an exchange request

  2. Provide real-time product photos to customer service for verification

  3. Once approved, a courier will pick up the item from your home or you may drop it off at a designated outlet

  4. MJAA confirms receipt of the returned item

  5. A replacement is shipped the next business day

⚠️ If you request a second exchange, a processing fee of KES 300 will apply.

Fast & Easy Refunds

No-Questions-Asked Refunds within 7 Days
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. Contact customer service to initiate the process.

Refund Process:

  1. Submit a refund request

  2. Provide real-time product photos to customer service

  3. After approval, a courier will pick up the item from your home or you may drop it off at a designated outlet

  4. MJAA confirms receipt

  5. Refunds are processed as soon as the next business day

Refund Conditions:

  • ✅ Quality-Related Issues: Full refund with no fee

  • ✅ Change of Mind: Refund available after product integrity is verified. A KES 300 processing fee applies

  • ❌ Opened or Used Products: Not eligible for return or exchange
